New Site Acquired – Wealden DC

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of a new site in East Sussex, located within the administrative boundary of Wealden District Council.

This marks our second unconditional purchase in the district this year, with the transaction progressing from agreed terms to exchange and completion in just six weeks.

Extending to approximately 28 acres, the site offers strong strategic potential and is well positioned to contribute towards meeting the district’s long-term growth and development objectives.
