Planning Application Submitted – Wealden DC

Rurban Estates, in collaboration with Esquire Developments, has submitted an Outline planning application for upt0 57 residential dwellings including affordable housing to Wealden DC. The proposals provide for a sustainably situated extension to the town of Heathfield in East Sussex.

This application has been prepared following substantial Pre-Application discussions with the Local Authority and East Sussex County Council in addition to undertaking public consultation with local residents and through a thorough analysis of the site’s opportunities and constraints.

The development would make a valuable contribution towards market and affordable housing land supply in the district. Alongside housing it will also deliver significant environmental, social and economic benefits.
