Public Consultation Launched – Wealden DC

Rurban Estates – in partnership with Esquire Homes – has launched a public consultation on proposals for a new development of in the region of 56 homes in Heathfield, East Sussex. The proposals comprise a high-quality landscape led development with proposals to enhance connectivity to the nearby Cuckoo Trail and provide for upgrades and linkages to the existing public rights of ways in the immediate vicinity. The emerging scheme will provide for 35% affordable housing, comprising a mixture of rental and shared-ownership tenure properties.
