Draft Allocation Secured, Hastings Borough Council

Hastings Borough Council has published an updated Draft Local Plan. Rurban Estates is pleased to have secured a draft allocation for 20 new homes as part of a wider cross-boundary allocation.

A Regulation 18 consultation on the preferred options will launch shortly, and Rurban Estates will be making representations in continued support of the site’s individual merits and the delivery of sustainable growth across the Borough.
