Public Consultation Launched – Rother DC

Rurban Estates, in collaboration with Catesby Estates, has launched a public consultation on proposals for a new sustainable extension to North Bexhill.

The proposals comprise a high-quality, landscape-led residential development across multiple landownerships on land west of Ninfield Road at Lunsford’s Cross, Bexhill. Delivered in phases, the scheme could provide approximately 500 new homes in total, including 30% affordable housing, alongside a new community hub to serve as a neighbourhood centre.

Strong emphasis is placed on green infrastructure, public open space, and walkable connections, creating attractive and inclusive environments for both new and existing residents.

The consultation provides an opportunity for local residents and community stakeholders to share feedback, which will help inform the evolving proposals ahead of any planning applications being submitted.
