Planning Permission Granted, Rother District Council

Rurban Estates has secured planning permission for the development of three new build bespoke four-bedroom family homes on a brownfield site within the High Weald National Landscape.

Through collaborative engagement with Rother District Council planning officers and East Sussex County Council highways officers, initial objections were successfully addressed. Amendments to the original scheme resulted in a positive determination of the application by delegated Officer approval.
