New Site Secured – Rother District Council

A new 12-acre site has been secured within Rother District Council. Adjacent to an existing Rurban site, this expands the existing control and contributes to a wider land assembly being promoted through the emerging Local Plan.

The additional land will enable the expansion of existing proposals to deliver additional homes and supporting infrastructure, contributing positively to the district’s economic and social prosperity.
