Resolution to Grant, Rother District Council

Having identified and acquired an 80+ acre site in West Bexhill in 2021, and subsequently partnering with the promoter arm of a national housebuilder with a controlling interest in adjoining land, Rurban Estates has supported the securing of a Resolution to Grant planning permission for 340 new homes and a community/retail facility.

The proposals deliver a landscape-led scheme as a phased extension to a recently completed neighbouring development and include 102 intermediate shared ownership and affordable rental homes. We look forward to working with all relevant stakeholders to finalise matters and facilitate delivery of these much-needed homes.
