Planning Application Submitted – Lewes DC and Mid-Sussex DC

Following pre-application discussions and community engagement, Rurban Estates – in partnership with Catesby Estates – has submitted a planning application for 130 new homes and a community facility in Haywards Heath. The proposals include the restoration of an 18th Century curtilage-listed barn, bringing what is currently a redundant building back into use and making it accessible to the public for the first time.
